She spends the first half of the movie convinced that Andy has moved on and doesn't care about them anymore, even stating that it's "Emily all over again", only to find out that not only does still care about her, but is genuinely upset when he believes his mom accidentally threw his toys away. The entire ending is made even more heartwarming when you look at things through Jessie's perspective. Now, for the first time since her first owner Emily abandoned her, Jessie will have a little girl to play with her.
